Q. How far in advance can I make a reservation?
A. First-time clients can book up to 3 weeks in advance, while repeat clients can book up to 1 month in advance.
Same-day reservations are also very welcome. Please feel free to inquire.
Q. Which menu should I choose for my first visit?
A. If you'd like to experience both Winback and Oil Lymphatic Massage, we recommend the “Winback + Oil Lymphatic Massage” package. If you're unsure, choose “Consultation First (90-120 min)” and we'll recommend the best menu for you during your in-person consultation.
Q. Does the treatment time include consultation and changing clothes?
A. Consultation and changing clothes are not included in the treatment time. Please allow an additional 30-45 minutes from arrival to departure as a guideline. We recommend allowing extra time for your first consultation. If you have plans afterward, we can adjust your schedule flexibly—just let us know.
Q. Do I need to bring a change of clothes?
A. We provide treatment gowns, so you can come empty-handed. Loose-fitting clothing helps you feel lighter after the treatment, but feel free to wear whatever's convenient—whether you're coming straight from work or the gym. No makeup + sweatpants are totally welcome!
Q. Do you have hair dryers or flat irons?
A. We provide hair dryers, flat irons, and brushes. Sunscreen and eyebrow pencils are also available for use. If you wish to have a full makeup application, please bring your own makeup tools.
Q. Do you accept credit cards or electronic money?
A. We accept various credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Most electronic money and QR payments are also accepted. Please inquire if you have concerns.
Q. Can I make a reservation for two people or have treatments done simultaneously?
A. As our salon operates on a single-bed system, we accommodate one person at a time. When visiting with family or friends, please make separate reservations at different times.
Q. Is there parking or bicycle parking available?
A. We do not have dedicated parking. If arriving by car, please use nearby coin-operated parking lots. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle parking area within the apartment complex grounds.
Q. Can I change or cancel my appointment on the day of?
A. Please contact us by 8:00 PM the day before for cancellations or changes whenever possible.
For same-day cancellations, the following cancellation fees apply to all menu items:
No-show cancellation: ¥10,000
Same-day cancellation: ¥5,000
Same-day cancellation (due to fever, etc.): ¥3,000
※Members receive one free cancellation per month.
Cancellation fees will be deducted from your points or settled during your next visit.
If you have no upcoming appointments, we accept bank transfers or online card payments.
Cancellations will be free of charge if another client books the slot or in cases of natural disasters/transportation disruptions.
For unavoidable circumstances like illness, please notify us as soon as possible.
