Q. How far in advance can I make a reservation?
A. First-time clients may book up to 3 weeks in advance.
Repeat clients may book up to 1 month ahead.
Same-day reservations may also be available depending on the schedule. Please feel free to inquire.
Q. Which menu is recommended for first-time clients?
A. Our most popular first-time menu is the “Customized Thermal Care 90 min” course.
This treatment combines WINBACK deep thermal care with relaxing oil treatment to support the whole body based on your condition and concerns, such as neck and shoulder tension, chronic fatigue, coldness, or shallow breathing.
Menus may also be adjusted after consultation on the day of your visit.
Q. Is consultation and changing time included in the treatment time?
A. Consultation and changing time are not included in the listed treatment time. Please allow approximately 30–45 extra minutes from arrival to departure. First-time visits may require slightly more time.
If you have plans afterward, we are happy to adjust as much as possible.
Q. Do I need to bring a change of clothes?
A. Treatment gowns are provided, so you may come empty-handed.
We recommend comfortable clothing after treatment, but you are welcome to visit in whatever is convenient, including after work or the gym.
Q. Do you provide hair dryers or styling tools?
A. Hair dryers, flat irons, and brushes are available.
Sunscreen and eyebrow pencils are also provided for light touch-ups. If you would like full makeup application afterward, please bring your own cosmetics.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
Most QR and electronic payments are also available. Please feel free to ask if you have questions regarding payment methods.
Q. Can two people receive treatments together?
A. Our salon operates with one treatment bed and accommodates one client at a time.
If visiting with friends or family, please reserve separate appointment times.
Q. Is parking available?
A. We do not have dedicated parking.
If arriving by car, please use nearby coin parking. Bicycle parking is available within the apartment complex.
Q. Can I cancel or change my reservation on the day?
A. Please contact us by 8:00 PM the day before whenever possible.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
No-show cancellation: ¥10,000
Same-day cancellation: ¥5,000
Same-day cancellation due to illness or fever: ¥3,000
Members receive one waived cancellation fee per month.
Cancellation fees may be deducted from member points or settled at the next visit.
If no future reservation is scheduled, payment can be made via bank transfer or online card payment.
Cancellation fees will be waived if the appointment slot is successfully rebooked or in cases of natural disasters or transportation disruptions.
